Optimum Surveyor Management was established in February 2005. John O’Connor founded the company after having previous experience working for a local surveying firm in Hampshire dealing with national lending institutes as the business development manager.

It started with John as the Managing Director with a small team of staff. We have recently moved offices in order to facilitate the changes of extra staff and income of work as we have grown rapidly as a company.

The majority of our survey and valuation work is received from instructional lender clients which is undertaken by our national team of chartered surveyors, but we also undertake work for private individuals.

A major strength of our company is our reputation for providing an excellent customer service and much of our focus is in developing a rapport with our clients by understanding their needs, providing good turnaround times, and maintaining a high quality of reports.

In addition to undertaking residential valuations for secured lending purposes we also carry out other report types including Homebuyers Reports, Building Surveys, Home energy packs, and commercial valuations.
